At Higround, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all keyboards and accessories are in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer boxes, including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation that came with the product.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
